The Q LLC Two-Piece Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) merges modern manufacturing techniques with precision engineering. This innovative design consists of two sections: the Front-End and the Ass-End. The front section is crafted from Maraging Stainless Steel, finished in black with a Nitride Coating, and SCAR-Cut to prevent bolt bounce. It includes Mil-Spec components such as a gas key, staking, bolt, cam pin, and firing pin. The rear section, or Ass-End, is made of naked stainless steel that has been heat treated. This design eliminates the need for a firing pin retaining pin, reducing the risk of breakage. The carrier is secured with a single pin, allowing for easy field stripping and maintenance.
